For most outdoor construction projects, we require a deposit to secure your project start date and cover material costs. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, before we hand over the site.

2. Deposit Policy

The initial deposit (typically 25-50% of the project total) is non-refundable if you cancel the project after work has commenced. This covers our planning time, material ordering, and crew scheduling.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel the project before construction begins, you may be entitled to a partial refund of your deposit, minus any incurred planning or material restocking fees. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the completed work, please contact us within 14 days of project completion. We will arrange a time to visit your property, review the issues, and make necessary corrections at no additional cost.

5. Material Purchases

Custom-ordered materials (specific lumber grades, specialty hardware, custom-cut stone) are non-refundable once ordered. Standard materials may be returnable based on supplier policies.

6. Change Orders

If you request changes to the scope of work during construction, additional charges may apply. Change orders must be documented and approved in writing before the changes are implemented.

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding payment or quality, we encourage open communication to find a resolution. We will work with you in good faith to address any concerns.
